At Southbank Centre Shop, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer a 28-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that certain products like earrings and perishable goods are exempt from returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product along with your original delivery note or a copy of your order confirmation email to ensure we can identify your purchase.

  Send via Post

  Return the package to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
